Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga with Perennial Yoga, Madison

image

Sunday, August 7, 9:30-11am (no experience needed)

Bond with other Yogis and join me for the magical summertime experience of Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga (SUP Yoga). It’s as close as you can get to walking on water and it’s lots and lots of fun!  You get on the board, you leave your ego behind and let the practice take you wherever its going to take you…and sometimes that’s overboard and into a great opportunity to laugh it off. When you get off the water you’ll feel rejuvenated and empowered and connected to each other and nature. Cost: $40. (Perennial members receive a 10% discount)

Meet at: Brittingham Boats, 701 Brittingham Place, Madison, WI 53715

Sign up at www.perennial-yoga.com or call 608-288-8448 to reserve your spot on the board. Class is limited to 14 people.
