I’m happy to announce that Aqua Yoga in the pool will continue starting Sunday’s in October, 9-10am at the beautiful Monona Grove Pool in Monona. Session 1 starts October 23rd and runs 5 weeks. Come enjoy early morning practice of Stand-up Paddleboad on beautiful Lake Delton in Wisconsin Dells Saturday, August 13, 9:30-11am. Afterwards we’ll dock and drive by car or float on paddle board to have a lunch at the Rivina Bay Bar & Grill, a favorite casual lake spot at 11:30am. It’s going to be a wet n wild adventure! $35 includes paddle-board, brief paddling instruction and yoga on the board. Class is limited to 14 due to board rental. If you own a board, $20 for class.
