SUP Yoga Starts tomorrow night on Lake Wingra

This summer come and experience the newest trend, yoga on a stand-up-paddle board.  SUP Yoga gives you the feeling and appearance of walking on water; like you are floating on a yoga mat, calming the senses, connecting with nature. This Friday evening class will emphasize balance, drawing on core strength and stability, while bringing a deeper mindfulness to your yoga practice. All levels are welcome. Sign up on-line at Wingra Boats to secure your place on the board.
